Giving Hearts Day is a beloved statewide fundraising event that brings communities together to support the nonprofits making a meaningful difference across North Dakota and northwest Minnesota. While the official celebration happens in February, the early giving period gives donors a chance to schedule gifts in advance — ensuring your support goes right where it’s needed.

The North Dakota United Foundation sponsors scholarships, grants, and programs aimed at promoting educational excellence and strengthening public service across the state. Contributions help empower educators, students, and public servants — fueling opportunities that ripple through classrooms and communities alike.

Making an early contribution is simple. Just visit the Giving Hearts Day donor portal and search for the North Dakota United Foundation. Your support during early giving goes directly to advancing the Foundation’s mission — and sets the stage for even more good on the official Giving Hearts Day.
