Professional Development

North Dakota United is dedicated to providing researched-based, member-driven, relevant, high quality programs to advance skills, while providing a network for shared communication and leadership opportunities.

ND United delivers professional development with a focus on customized learning, based upon your individual wants and needs. This format allows participants to choose from multiple topics and themes, form an individually tailored plan, and access the professional development wherever and whenever works best for you.

With your ND United Membership, you can access over 60 different book studies every year. The North Dakota United Foundation has generously donated the funds to provide FREE professional development courses to all ND United members. This is a $100 savings for every course taken.

You’ll find course topics ranging from mindset, self-care, student engagement, student poverty, behavior and classroom management, trauma, innovation, and more. These courses can help you achieve a lane change or meet your licensing requirements.
