President

Nick Archuleta is the President of North Dakota United. He has been with NDU since being elected President in July of 2013.

Nick is in charge of the overall governance of the organization. He meets with stakeholder groups such as school boards, the governor’s office, state legislators, etc. He also communicates information with the public and serves on various boards and commissions. Nick was born in San Francisco, CA, then moved to New Mexico, Colorado, and then to Valley City.

Education Background

He graduated from Valley City High School and completed his undergraduate studies at Valley City State University. He then went on to the University of North Dakota and earned his masters degree. He started his teaching career in Minnesota, then moved to Bismarck in 2000 and taught at Century High School. His wife, Pat, is a choral music director at Century High School. They have three daughters and a son.
