Where to Get Help

Your North Dakota United membership means you don’t have to navigate workplace questions alone. Whether you have a contract question, need support with a workplace concern or aren’t sure whom to contact, start here.

You don’t have to navigate workplace questions alone. As a North Dakota United member, you have support from local association leaders, NDU field staff and legal professionals who can help you understand your rights, your contract and the options available to you.

For most workplace or contract questions, begin with your building representative, local association president or another local leader. Your local association knows your workplace and negotiated agreement and can often answer your question directly. If additional assistance is needed, your local leaders can connect you with the appropriate NDU field consultant.

Start Here:

  1. Everyday workplace question? Start with your building representative, local president or local association.
  2. Serious employment concern? Contact your NDU field consultant for help with discipline, evaluations, grievances or other workplace issues.
  3. Legal notice, injury or urgent action? Contact the NDU Help Center promptly.
