On Saturday, April 18, 2026, this year’s North Dakota United Delegate Assembly will be held at the Radisson Hotel in downtown Bismarck. Every year’s Delegate Assembly is centrally important in charting the course for our union. This year will be no different, as our members are given the great opportunity and responsibility to share in the governance decisions of our statewide union of public employees and educators, meet and network with their colleagues and fellow NDU members from across the state, and choose our state's delegates to the National Education Association (NEA) Representative Assembly (RA), to be held on July 3-7, 2026, in Denver, Colorado.
When & Where
The NDU Delegate Assembly will convene at the Radisson Hotel (605 E Broadway Ave.) in Bismarck on Saturday, April 18, at 8:30 a.m. At the Assembly, members will participate in the governance decisions of NDU, select delegates to the NEA Representative Assembly, reignite old friendships, create new friendships, and hear from national leaders on issues important to all ND United members.
Delegate Report Form
Any member of ND United — including preK-12 teachers & education support professionals (ESP), higher education faculty & staff, public employees, aspiring educators and retired members — is eligible to attend and participate in our annual Delegate Assembly. Each local is guaranteed at least one representative. Larger locals are allowed one (1) per 50 members — check with your local leadership for the exact number of delegates you're allowed to send and to inquire if you can serve as a delegate.
