Community Allies are essential partners in our mission to support public education and public services throughout North Dakota. By joining North Dakota United as a Community Ally, you are helping to ensure that all North Dakotans have access to the high-quality education and vital public services they need to thrive.

As a Community Ally, your support will help us:

  • Advocate for strong public education systems that prepare our children for the future. This includes supporting initiatives that enhance classroom experiences, provide necessary resources for teachers and students, and promote educational equity across the state.
  • Strengthen public services that serve as the backbone of our communities. This includes championing policies and programs that improve healthcare, social services, and community resources that North Dakotans of all ages rely on.
  • Promote legislative and political action that benefits public education and public services. Your involvement helps us achieve our goals in state and federal policy, ensuring that the needs of our communities are represented and addressed.

Ways Community Allies Can be Involved

Community Allies work alongside educators, public employees, and other advocates to:

  • Engage in community outreach and public awareness campaigns that highlight the importance of public education and services.
  • Support mentorship and volunteer programs that connect community members with schools and public service initiatives.
  • Participate in grassroots organizing and advocacy efforts to influence policy decisions at the local, state, and national levels.
  • Attend and contribute to North Dakota United meetings, workshops, and events to stay informed and involved in our collective efforts.
